The CDC said that the man was in good health and that he had been placed in the hospital at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett out of caution.

A hospital spokesman said the hospital would use special isolation devices to monitor patients for at least the next 48 hours. The hospital is in contact with medical staff and other patients who may have been in contact with him so that their condition can be monitored.
